Imho, Garret from the Thief games is a clear winner, did he do any voice work on GW's?

Lol Apollo Smile, nice comparison pics

Also need to mention to old Sci-Fi fans that Robin Atking Downes played the telepath "leader" Byron in the Babylon 5 series. Remember Byron!

Knights of the Old Republic had the bets voice acting of any game I've played. Guild Wars not at all. I kept thinging "that voice out of that body?" and things just sounded off. For GW2 they should really try to kill it like KOTOR did.

Eternal Darkness has some damn good voice acting as well.

GWs voice acting is bad, the lips dont even move most of the time very little emotion is expressed. Thank pete I skip cut scenes.

I miss Pinky and The Brain.

You should have seen the cutscenes before they even opened their mouths.
A thing I noticed about Guild Wars voice acting is the main characters, Prince Rurik, Togo, Ogden Stonehealer, Vekk, etc sound decent, but all the side characters and NPCs sound terrible.

If you check IMDB, he also played Yoshimo in Baldur's Gate II. I love the voice acting in Baldur's Gate II, mostly because it's so... so ridiculously dramatic. XD

EDIT: Didn't realise Gwen's VA was also Mio Amakura in Fatal Frame II... I liked that game.

There are games like Resident Evil, Star Fox 64, and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, where the voice acting is so bad its awesome!

Me and my wife just watched the entire show for Babylon 5 just recently through Netflix. Rember Byron!

I thought the guy who introduces you to Lion's Arch had an amazing voice, but he was used only in that one cinematic.

Kari Wahlgren rocks and has done a billion things. I recognized her right away as Gwen She also recently was Elika from the new Prince of Persia game.

Also, if I remember correct, Robin Atkin Downes voiced the Prince in one of the games from the Sands of Time trilogy.

Steve Blum is awesome and has voiced just about everything.

Here a perfect example of bad voice acting in current games. Star Ocean 4 was a fun game, but wow was the voice acting horrendous. Also motion capture and creepy anime-ish characters looks really weird...

I don't know how they managed it. But the voice acting got WORSE in Factions, then better again in Nightfall.
